The leaders of the co-founding organizations of the Euro-Asian Jewish Congress (EAJC), the EAJC Presidium members have held an interview with the first of the candidates for EAJC President, Julius Meinl.

A joint venture agreement had been signed in October 2013 between the EAJC Presidium and the administration of the fund created at the initiative of Julius Meinl. The fund will provide financial aid to Jewish communities and community processes in Eurasia. The part of the agreement that pertained to 2013 has practically been completed and the two sides have no complaints against one another.

The co-founders and the EAJC Presidium have approved Julius Meinl as the first candidate for the post of EAJC President. The elections of the EAJC President will take place during the EAJC General Assembly on February 17, 2014.
